How do I sign up?
Create an account, add your child, and enroll in Afterschool or book private tutoring. You can do all of it yourself — start here.
Do I have to commit to a whole term?
Afterschool is a weekday program billed monthly — cancel anytime; you stay through the month you already paid. Private tutoring is booked by the session, so you can start with one and add more when it fits.
How does payment work?
Afterschool is billed monthly by card. Private tutoring is paid per session by card, or by Zelle when the session is at least 24 hours away. Zelle does not provide card-style purchase protection; we verify that transfer by hand.
What if we need to cancel?
Cancel from your account. 48 hours or more before the class: full refund. 24–48 hours: half. Inside 24 hours: no refund. If we cancel, you always get a full refund. The amount is shown before you confirm.
Do you pick kids up from school?
For Afterschool: school pickup is available from selected schools in Rowland Heights, Walnut and Diamond Bar. Routes are based on enrollment and availability. Private tutoring and other booked classes are drop-off at the center unless we tell you otherwise.
Who can pick up my child?
When class or Afterschool ends: only you, another guardian on the account, or someone on that child's pickup list. Staff may ask for photo ID. Online classes do not need a pickup.
Will I see what my child worked on?
Yes. Teachers post notes from the session to your account.
How do I reach you?
Phone, email, WeChat, or 小红书 RedNote — whichever suits you. Scan our WeChat code to add 双林教育 · Twin Forest, find us on RedNote at Twinforestedu, or call (626) 268-3016. To speak Chinese, call (909) 925-0223. During the school day WeChat is usually quickest.
How big are classes?
Small on purpose, grouped by level rather than grade alone.
What ages do you teach?
Afterschool for K–8+. Personalized Academic Tutoring for ages 5–13. High school (14–18): English / ELA / ESL, Math, AP Tutoring, and College Apps.
Online or in person?
Private tutoring is online or in person — pick what fits the week when you book. Afterschool is in person.
What are your hours?
After school on weekdays. Exact times are on each class in the booking calendar.
